what is a random number generator wheel?

A random number generator wheel, also known as a "spinner wheel" or "roulette wheel" is a device used to quickly generate random numbers. The wheel consists of a rotating circle divided into sections, each section with a number (or multiple numbers) printed on it like the spokes of a bicycle wheel. The user spins the wheel to select a random number between 0 and the highest number on the wheel. It can also be used for selecting random elements from an array of choices.

Random number wheels are often seen in carnival games, TV game shows, and other situations where there needs to be an element of surprise and entertainment. They are also employed in scientific research and data analysis when data from experiments needs to be collected with complete randomization. Randomization helps ensure that two participants don't receive the same treatment or stimuli in an experiment or study; rather than one person getting the treatment and another getting some form of control (such as no treatment at all).

Random number wheels are simple and allow for fast selection of randomized numbers without relying on technology or complex algorithms. Of course, using modern computer programs can offer more secure encryption— along with other sophisticated methods—but these tools come with significant cost associated with them as well as greater technical difficulties that may cause confusion while operating them among non-tech savvy people.
